What if movement could be joyful?
I have been working as an exercise physiologist for 10 years and feel deeply about moving with joy, and finding strength through doing the things we love.My sessions use Functional range and conditioning principals (FRC) to evaluate joint space, and increase mobility and strength.I have a wealth of experience in mental health and working with LGBTIQ+ communities and feel grateful to give back in these spaces. As a gender diverse person I understand the need for gender affirming movement spaces, and provide support for trans and gender diverse folks to help them move in a way that works for them.
I am currently working in Preston, and home visits on request.
